Shipping Options
All orders from DESIGNED TO PERFECTION are processed and delivered via the United States Postal Service. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order. Orders sent to domestic addresses (any of the 50 states within the USA) will arrive within about 2 business days of confirmed shipment. Orders sent to any international addresses will arrive within 6-10 business days of confirmed shipment. Please make sure to provide us with a valid email address at the time of your order, so that we may keep you posted on your order status. Shipping Prices Domestic - $4.95 International - $10.95 Please note that these are flat shipping rates for all orders, regardless of quantity. Return Policy DESIGNED TO PERFECTION will honor all returns made within 30 days of order payment, so long as valid proof of payment is provided and all merchandise is free of damage, modification or alteration. In order to request a return, please email us at support@thisisunstoppable.com with the subject, "RETURN REQUEST". Please provide us with your name, telephone number, mailing address, and reason for the return request. Unfortunately we are typically unable to refund shipping costs, though if we made an error in processing your order, we will do our best to fully refund any additional costs incurred. |
